What is your super power?

I am a firm believer that everyone has at least one gift and a talent. Everyone was created with a purpose. We all have an assignment on earth. The question is, what is yours?

When it comes to business, our super power should be centered around a solution created to solve a need. That is the definition of entrepreneurship, you are solving a problem. At Shadow Resistance, one of the questions we ask is “what is your super power?” That is our way of asking, “what do you do?” The answer to that question should not be product based. For example, if you are an owner of a car dealership, the answer to this question should not be “I sell cars.” I mean, yes, essentially that is what you are doing, but how are you solving a need for your customer. This would require me to dive deeper into asking more questions such as, “what are you wanting your customer to gain from buying a car from you?” If you are a mission driven company, then we will be able to determine what your super power is. If not, then we would kindly refer you to another brand management firm. But by answering this questions, we may determine your super power to be “supplying everyday people with a sustainable tool for their transportation needs.”

At Shadow Resistance, we think of our clients as the heroes because they are out solving problems for their customers. It’s our job market that solution to them.

Take pride in your super power. You never know how it can change the lives of others. This is what God gave you. This is your purpose.
